The Resort offers many attractive amenities for its residents. The Resort community offers an 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Bob May and features beautiful fairways, hidden greens and many challenging holes. The Golf Club also features a Clubhouse with a Pro Shop and Grill that offers a variety of snacks and daily menu features.

For the serious nature lover, there are over 40 acres of private open space with nature trails, private parks and picnic areas. Hogsett Island will belong to every resident of The Resort and will offer additional private beaches as well as a water park for the kids.

For the health and fitness enthusiasts, we have an exercise facility that is accessible to everyone who owns a lot or home in the Resort community. The community will also offer a beautiful private pool and tennis courts.

There will be canals that will casually wind through the property from the lake to the interior. For those who want to enjoy boating on Eagle Mountain Lake, there will be access to a private marina, a marina restaurant, a private beach and even a pavilion.
